juz finish 3 of our grand activities quite sucessfully.......
3 more to go be4 we will be called EX-LEADERS
1.)flag-day........its up to them to take the responsibilities, and its time 4 us to learn hw to let go
2.)peng hwa campfire.........our final chance 4 our final champion.........looking forward to it with hope and expectations
3.)AGM..........its time to be free
After all these years with all of u.........looking back nw, the time together seems to be priceless, hope that our friendship will last..........its seems that 5 years together will come to an end soon...........bt after i go, i promise and hope i'll be back again to nurture the family that once accepted me 5 years ago and nurture me......

OUR 'FUTURE' ........our 'HOPE'
im pissed off with those words u all said....
i juz do my job bt u all juz never TRIED 2 cooperate
.......Chances had been given bt u al juz never appreciate it
.......Obstacles faced bt u al never treat it as a lesson
TAKING PEOPLE FOR GRANTED IS NOTHING BUT WHAT U ALL LIVE FOR???
Come on u all r matured already........its time to take up responsibility
bt before taking responsibility............its time u learn how to obey responsibilities given
IS IT BY POINTING UR FINGERS TOWARDS OTHER DURING TROUBLED TIMES THE WAY U ALL DO THING??
IF IT IS ......DONT EVER WISH TO GAIN RESPECT FROM OTHERS
U CAN HATE ME SAYING LIKE TAT.........BT HONESTLY.........I STILL DONT HAVE ANY FAITH IN U ALL ..........BECAUSE U ALL NEVER TRIED TO BUILD FAITH IN US
looking at people and giving comments without doing ur job.......always needed us to cover ur back.......treat us so rudely.........keep thinking tat all ur actions were correct n ours wrong..........n kept pushing responsibilities away like a coward.........
tats nt all............u all never did something suscesfully..........we help u all without a sense of gratitude as if it were our job..............just won a small competition and never treated training seriously......always absent 4 training,letting the poor dr.lee waiting 4 u all n looking at u all playing when he is teaching........u all just act like a child hoping 4 forgiveness after u did something wrong..............u all r big n mature enough 2 start leading.......bt 2 lead with ur type of qualities will just bring the previous legacies to their end........
U ALL NEVER STOOD A CHANCE .......JUNIORS WERE EVEN BETTER IN THEIR ATTITUDE THAN URS ........U ALL R BOUND 2 FAIL......IF U ALL DONT CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!
To be a good leader is to 1st be a good follower!!!!!
